Shane Juhl
Brewmaster and General Manager

Educated as a Material Engineer, has worked on many things from photonic crystals made of viruses, to building space hardware for the ISS and many things in between, he has found a continued passion in the chemistry behind brewing and the infinite possibilities and the mechanics of building brewing equipment to make brewing easier with limited resources. Still home brews on the small scale to keep the experiments alive.

Jason Hindson
General Partner and IT Advisor

Works as a senior consultant focusing on Microsoft unified communications including Exchange and Lync. Enjoys helping with the beer brewing process, as well as learning and sharing knowledge about craft beer, when he’s not climbing, running, or mountain biking. Maintains the website and social media presence for the Toxic Brew Company. Passionate about, beer, wine, espresso, dogs, and the outdoors.

Harold Juhl
General Partner and Owner of 431 E. 5th St.

Retired Marine Pilot with wife Becky currently lives in Eastern NC and has a full time job as lead Military Flight Instructor using the KC-130J simulator (world’s coolest computer game) to train Marine Hercules Pilots in preparation for Operational Duty around the world. 

Terry Adams
General Partner and Equipment Adviser

Design Engineer, specializing in optical fiber interconnects, machine tools & tooling fixtures, currently lives in Huntington Beach CA. Helped design and build the Brewhouse and Fermentors for Toxic Brew Co.
